Our Story

Established in 1984 by three friends, two Germans and one Hongkonger, Biergarten is the oldest authentic German bar and restaurant in Hong Kong. One of our hallmarks is our deep partnership with Bitburger, one of Germany’s most famous and beloved breweries.

We have been here in Hanoi Road before K11, before the MTR exits and even before the internet. Throughout all the changes in TST, Hong Kong and the world, we are proud to offer a little bit of consistency by providing a haven with a great selection of refreshing German beer and delicious German food.
